Welcome to Central Painting Inc. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Central Painting Inc. provides commercial and industrial painting and flooring solutions across Canada. All projects are subject to written estimates, contracts, and specifications agreed upon by both parties.
2. Quotes & Contracts
- Free quotes are provided based on preliminary assessments; final pricing may vary upon detailed evaluation.
- Projects commence only after a signed contract and deposit (if applicable).
- Changes to scope must be submitted in writing and may adjust timelines/pricing.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.
- A deposit may be required for large-scale projects.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations within 48 hours of project start may incur a fee.
- Delays caused by client (e.g., unprepared site) may result in rescheduling charges.
5. Warranties
- Workmanship warranties are provided for 1–5 years, depending on the service.
- Warranties void if damage results from client negligence, unauthorized modifications, or Acts of God.
6. Liability
- Central Painting Inc. carries commercial liability insurance but is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or hidden damages discovered during work.
- Clients must secure valuables; we are not liable for unattended items.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through mediation in Ontario, Canada.
